Agile Transformation: To organize projects and teams for efficiency, implemented Agile methodology using ADO (MS Azure Dev Ops) to convert the strategic roadmaps to operational backlogs.
With the director of IT and other leaders, set-up ADO with teams, backlogs, and workflow to deliver projects outlined on the roadmaps.
Trained the IT team, several product owners, and company leadership in Agile processes. Mentored the teams and a scrum master to full adoption of Agile scrum in the IT department, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and efficiency. Trained Product Owners.
Designed and implemented a scaled-down Release Management process (Agile Release Train) for the teams. Created tools in ADO to support the process.
Managed project to open a new branch location.
