My experience delivering IT solutions and working with IT leaders over the past 18 years helps me quickly get up to speed. I dig in and listen to learn each team’s strengths and pain points.

An Agile Portfolio approach helps leaders organize and prioritize backlogs of work for their teams.
I can quickly set up a functional backlog for each team in Azure DevOps (or other tool), organizing all of the projects on your roadmap.
I will work with business leadership to teach them how to translate and document what they need. Together, we can clarify the value each initiative could bring to the organization.

Topics include all aspects of Agile and light Agile Portfolio management strategies, how to write user stories and requirements, estimating work, prioritizing work, continuous improvement, work intake, how to handle release planning.
I can quickly customize or design new training materials for any roadblocks or opportunities that arise.

When teams are working toward clear goals, they come together to feel the pride of delivering excellent solutions. When teams show that they can deliver on-time solutions that meet business needs, leadership will trust them to do it again.
From 18 years working with IT teams, to my start as a high school teacher, to working with a team on a case in the Hague, I have learned to bring smart, diverse people together to be productive.

I engage with teams to mentor and provide support during and after training and implementation, leading the journey to an amazing transformation.
As we wrap up implementation, I will share all materials used and all custom materials created. This becomes become a rich training resource to ensure you can maintain the process going forward. These materials are always editable so that teams can adjust for continuous improvement.
